About Our Team
Ashlee (Reid) Morehouse
Prior to forming Republic Strategies, Ashlee Reid Morehouse was Partner at Oorbeek Morehouse Strategies and President of Reid Political Consulting, both Republican fundraising and campaign consulting firms.
Previously, she served as Finance Director for then- Republican Leader John A. Boehner and Regional Finance Director for John McCain for President. Prior to fundraising, Ashlee worked at renowned polling firm, Public Opinion Strategies. Ashlee has served in numerous campaign roles and brings that experience to clients as their political consultant.
Ashlee is proud to serve on the Greater Alexandria Young Life Committee, the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Committee through the Trust for the National Mall, and serve on the Capital Area Council Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America.
Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Ashlee is an avid sports fan (Cowboys, Rangers, Mavs) and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas- the home of the Jayhawks. Ashlee's circus includes two sons, three spaniels, and a tortoise with her husband, Jeff.

Amanda Seth
Amanda Seth joined Republic Strategies in 2018 after working for another DC-based fundraising firm. She is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Political Science. Roll tide!
Prior to moving to Washington DC, she worked as a RNC Victory Regional Field Director (Republican Party of Florida) during the 2016 cycle and a Field Director for then Governor Rick Scott’s 2014 re-election campaign. Amanda resides on Capitol Hill and can be found enjoying the local bookstores & farmers markets on the weekends. Amanda is the mom to the adorable Republic Strategies office dog, Charlotte.

Sydney Arends
Sydney Arends joined Republic Strategies in 2022 after working for the North Dakota Petroleum Council as their Marketing and Communications Specialist, curating digital communications, planning events, and working with the organization’s state and federal PACs.
She previously served as Assistant to the North Dakota House Majority Leader where she worked closely with the North Dakota House GOP Caucus. Sydney brings 6 years of campaign and grassroots experience including work with the North Dakota GOP, North Dakota Federation of College Republicans and the American Conservation Coalition.
Sydney grew up in Minnesota and attended North Dakota State University where she studied Strategic Communications and attended every Bison football game she could. Kaleigh Ballinger
Kaleigh Ballinger, a Kentucky native, began her fundraising career in 2019 for then Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senator Rand Paul, her home state Senators. Kaleigh currently serves as the Finance Director for Senator Paul and the Deputy Finance Director for Leader McConnell, a role she continues. Her work includes both national and PAC fundraising. Kaleigh has spent the majority of her career on national fundraising trips and DC PAC events for both Senators. She joined the Republic team to amplify her experience in 2023. Cara Mason
Cara is the Founder and CEO of Mason Strategies, a national strategic fundraising firm.
Cara Mason has raised millions of dollars for candidates, Members of Congress, PACs, and national committees. Cara most recently served as the Republican National Committee and Trump Victory Finance Director, leading more than 70 finance team members to record-breaking fundraising success in the 2016 cycle.
Under Cara’s leadership the RNC Finance Department consistently exceeded fundraising goals while holding costs below expectations. Cara led one of the most successful RNC fundraising endeavors in RNC history without a sitting Republican President.
